If you're a new reader, you may want to start with the latest update and see if you like the nature of the story. Currently on Season 3 with 29 episodes to navigate through, it's a lot of reading. If you're pressed for time, I highly recommend that you run through the episode summaries to help you catch up with the story faster. This will also help you decide if you like the genre and plot. It's a lot of drama and romance. Would that be something that you might be interested in? And be prepared for some steamy scenes!
